Joy has been an integral part of the dental field since 2012, bringing a unique blend of organizational excellence and a genuine passion for patient care. As the welcoming face at the front desk, she ensures that the practice runs efficiently while creating a positive, reassuring experience for every patient.

With a keen eye for detail and a warm, approachable demeanor, Joy works closely with patients to help them navigate their treatment plans, understand their insurance benefits, and feel confident and informed about their dental care.

Outside the office, Joy enjoys crafting handmade cards, scrapbooking cherished memories, and reading. She also loves spending quality time with her husband and two children and looks forward to relaxing cruise vacations whenever possible.

Brittany began her career in dental hygiene in 2020 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Tennessee Wesleyan University. A proud U.S. An Army Veteran who served as a military police officer, she has always been drawn to make a meaningful impact. That same commitment led her to dentistry, where she finds fulfillment in helping patients achieve their healthiest, most confident smiles.

Originally from Tennessee, Brittany and her family moved to Georgia and have happily made Cobb County their home. She joined Marietta Dental Smiles in 2023 and treasures the relationships she has built with what she calls "some of the best patients" she could ask for. She especially enjoys becoming part of each patient's dental journey and supporting them in their oral health goals.

Outside of the office, Brittany loves spending time with her husband and their two beautiful children. She also enjoys crafting, baking and simply making memories with her family.

Sally brings over 10 years of experience in dentistry to our team, along with passion for creating comfortable, positive experiences for every patient she meets. As our lead dental assistant, she works closely with our doctor to ensure each procedure runs smoothly and that patients feel cared for from start to finish.

Her gentle approach, attention to detail and ability to anticipate both patient and doctor’s needs make her an invaluable part of our practice. Sally loves building relationships with patients and seeing their confidence grow as their smiles transform.

Outside of the office Sally enjoys Smoking BBQ and watching dirt track races with her friends and family.

Kierra is the smiling face that greets our patients and helps make every visit feel welcoming and stress free. She also keeps the schedule running smoothly, assists patients with their appointments and insurance, and ensures every detail is taken care of from check-in to check-out.

She loves getting to know our patients and building relationships that make them feel like part of our dental family. When she is with her family, Kierra enjoys making lasting memories, cherishing life's simple joys and being surrounded by her family.

With years of experience in providing compassionate and skilled dental care, Sarah brings both expertise and warmth to every patient interaction. As a dedicated dental assistant, she’s known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and ability to make patients feel at ease the moment they walk through the door.

Outside the dental office, Sarah enjoys a unique and charming hobby, collecting salt and pepper shakers from around the world. Her growing collection reflects her love for creativity, history, and the little things that make life more interesting.

Whether she's assisting during a complex procedure or adding a new piece to her collection, Sarah is all about care, precision, and a personal touch.
